Announced delivery time at 45min. Surprisingly there after 20 minutes! Sushi warm and fresh! Ordered directly on the website. Always my pleasure.

Ordered today by Lieferando and delivered more or less on time. Absolutely ok for us. The sushi is absolutely delicious and the boxes are adequately stocked. We will order again.

The YOKO Store Leipzig West is now our absolute favorite for high quality, very appetizing sushi. We are always happy about the vouchers and are now regular customers because we are so enthusiastic. With the best will in the world, I cannot understand what was said in previous negative comments regarding availability by phone: We always reached someone immediately if we forgot something when placing an order. In addition, all employees are very courteous. Conclusion: Especially during the lockdown measures, when a nice meal in the restaurant is not possible, the YOKO is a perfect alternative. We don't need any other delivery service!

Edit: It is now almost 10 p.m. and the food is still not there. Since we finally had to eat something, we cooked ourselves. I will get back the money for the sushi menu through PayPal customer service, as I cannot contact the restaurant. - So far, I've always been very satisfied with the sushi I ordered and the delivery. Today, however, we placed an order at around 3:30 pm for 6:00 pm and still (7:30 pm) did not receive any food. After several attempts to reach someone there by phone, no one answered. I am very upset and will probably look for another regular restaurant.

I'm not very familiar with sushi, we just wanted to try something different. The ordered menu was visually very appealing and appetizingly prepared, the craftsmanship of the rolls is m. E. faultless. A great variety. Under no circumstances does one get the impression that "more exclusive ingredients" are being saved, which is sometimes the case - the ingredients were really valuable. I and my guests really enjoyed it! The dishes are of course delivered in plastic bowls and presented in an attractive paper door. In keeping with the style, chopsticks are also included. I had ordered the order the evening before for the next day's delivery point at 12:00. The delivery also worked wonderfully. The friendly supplier has already reached us around 11.45 am. That is worth praise again! So thank you very much!

Have been waiting for the order for 2.5 hours. Calling doesn't help, the lady can't or doesn't want to understand you. You can leave that in the future.

No delivery after 2.5 hours. When I asked for the first time, it was confirmed that it would only take 20 minutes. On my second query 20 minutes later I learn that the delivery is not on the way and should only arrive in another 45 minutes.

Ordered our sushi for 9 p.m. at 8 p.m. when it wasn't there on time, the lady on the phone said that it should be there at 10:30 p.m. at the earliest, i.e. 30 minutes after closing. Very rude on the phone. Never again.

You can call as you want, no one runs, why is there only one service provider !!! And to top it all, not everything was delivered and the rest wrong! I do not recommend anyone to order here because I prefer to drive 100 times to the southern suburbs and pick up my food myself !!!! This is the very last one if there were minus stars I would give -10! I eat a lot of sushi but that was the worst I have ever experienced !!!!! taste, consistency, appearance and smell!

As already mentioned in previous comments, it can happen that the delivery time is often misjudged. From the announced 45min it was 2h20min at the end. Everything half as wild, someone would just answer the phone to explain what's going on. But if you try to call at 5-10min intervals for an hour and you never really answer the phone, you can get really angry. As soon as the delivery is there, at least the supplier is friendly and I can't complain about the food, that's good.

What is that please? I have ordered food and in the delivery is inside "delivered" I got nothing and if you tried to call there is no one ran ... so you get the money so easily not again unless you go there ... thank you too ...

There were no negative points on our first order in Yoko West. At first we were a little worried about the reviews. The delivery was on time, the sushi fresh, the warm sushi warm & everything complete. The supplier was also very polite. So there are 5 stars for now. I hope the quality and punctuality remain. This is the only way to bind customers!
